Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free access
Where we offer free access to features, there is no fee to cancel; you may stop using the Services or delete your account according to in-product options and our Terms of Service.
2. Paid subscriptions (when available)
If we sell paid plans or credits, the following principles will apply unless different terms are shown at checkout:
- Cancellation: You may cancel renewal through your account or payment provider portal before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically delete past invoices or usage history required for legal/accounting purposes.
- Refunds: Unless otherwise stated at purchase or required by law, fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund or credit for billing errors, duplicate charges, or failure to deliver the purchased service attributable to us.
- Statutory rights: Consumers in some regions (e.g. EU/UK) may have a right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within a cooling-off period where applicable. We will honour such rights where the law requires.
3. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases
If you purchase a subscription or credits via Apple App Store or Google Play, the store may be the merchant of record and may control billing, renewal, cancellation timing, and refund decisions under its own rules.
- Manage/cancel: use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
- Refund requests: where store rules apply, request refunds through Apple/Google support channels.
- Our support: we can assist with account context, but we may not be able to directly override store billing outcomes.
4. How to request help

5. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change. Significant changes may be communicated by email or on the website where appropriate.
